SERVICE LIMITATIONS

For the health and safety of our Cleaning Technicians, we have service limitations:

We do not clean surfaces that require our technicians to climb or use a ladder (e.g., chandeliers and ceiling fans).

We do not clean exterior windows.

We currently service the Chicago area only. We will be expanding soon to service other areas.

Yes, we have all the cleaning tools needed to complete the task.

We welcome using your cleaning products. We any requested cleaning products be left out for the cleaning technician to access them

Yes, we do, and you can request them to be used for your cleaning.

You do not need to be home or in the space that is being cleaned, although, of course, you are welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with access when necessary, alarm codes or a key. We keep your key and passport information secure.

Payment is DUE the DAY the service is performed.

You can pay via Zelle, Quick Pay via Chase, Cash, or check.
