    We are glad to discuss your cleaning needs. If you are using the CONTACT US page, we will send you a list of questions to help get you started on assessing your space. Once discussed, we can complete your booking with pricing and scheduling availability.

  • No, we do not haul away or dispose of items left behind during a move-in or move-out service.

    SERVICE LIMITATIONS

    For the health and safety of our Cleaning Technicians, we have service limitations:

    We do not clean surfaces that require our technicians to climb or use a ladder (e.g., chandeliers and ceiling fans).

    We do not clean exterior windows.

  • We currently service the Chicago area only. We will be expanding soon to service other areas.

  • Yes, we have all the cleaning tools needed to complete the task.

    We welcome using your cleaning products. We any requested cleaning products be left out for the cleaning technician to access them

  • Yes, we do, and you can request them to be used for your cleaning.

  • You do not need to be home or in the space that is being cleaned, although, of course, you are welcome to be.

    Many of our customers provide us with access when necessary, alarm codes or a key. We keep your key and passport information secure.

  • Payment is DUE the DAY the service is performed.

    You can pay via Zelle, Quick Pay via Chase, Cash, or check.

  • We encourage you to always walk through your space before and after each cleaning with the cleaners upon arrival. Our cleaners do take before and after pictures. Please call us at 773-815-5422 or email us at clean@tidyupexperts.com so we can further assist you.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect is used to process reservations and orders and provide a more personalized user experience.

  • When you request one of our bookings, enter a sweepstake, or subscribe to receive promotional e-mails or newsletters, we may need to collect specific information about you to process your requests.

    We request information from the user on our booking forms, sweepstakes entry forms, and in our booking engines. We collect contact information (such as name, email, and mailing address), personal information (such as date of birth and gender), and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date) to process the order, fulfill legal requirements, and billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

    We may use the information we collect to notify you of important product updates, special offers, and promotions you may find valuable. If you do not wish to continue to receive e-mails from us, you can easily op-out via one of the mechanisms we provide.
